Meet Dr. Carla Anderson
Board Certified Traditional Naturopathic Doctor
I want to welcome you to Begin Anew Natural Health. My journey in the healthcare field began as a Radiologic Technologist and Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Due to my own medical issues and the birth of my children I had to make a shift in my career. I was fortunate enough to be able to work for my family's oilfield service business. As my health continued to deteriorate I searched for alternatives to the medical model for my own health care which led me to using herbs, vitamins, supplements and making dietary changes. After just a few months, I started to feel healthy for the first time in more than twenty years and my lab work was showing remarkable improvements. I decided if I could heal and feel this good, I needed to learn more about this way of living and help others to walk a path to better health. I discovered there was a school for natural health a few miles from my home. I attended a few free classes that were taught by students, I made a few inquiries and enrolled at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education. I graduated with a degree as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and continued my studies at Kingdom College of Natural Health earning a Ph.D. in Traditional Naturopathy. I am excited to walk a path of healing physically, spiritually and emotionally with all my clients. I believe that every day gives us the opportunity to Begin Anew.
